The day to day management of EPCA is shared by two experienced Directors: Richard Godley and Chloe Winters-Simpson 

 
 
 

Richard Godley 

Msc (Countryside Mgmt), PGDip (Public Rights of Way and Countryside Access), PTLLS, CTLLS, AMIPROW, Affiliate Member Inst of Learning, Full member of the Countryside Management Association (MCMA), Member of the Institute of Entrepreneurs and Enterprise 
 
Originally from near Chesterfield where he was involved from an early age in countryside management and local farming. His career (over 30 years) has involved many aspects of the environment from countryside management in both the public and private sector, waste management, sustainable development to interpretation, event management and rights of way and countryside access. He has been involved in a huge range of environmental, social and economic projects and schemes. As a well respected countryside/ environmental manager he has been responsible for devising and managing projects and grants and ensuring their successful completion. 
 
Operating at senior level he is used to working under pressure to delivered sustained targets, having delivered over 800 projects whilst working with the Peak District National Park Authority and managed grants in excess of £2 million. He is also a Trustee of Grenoside Reading Room and Grenoside Village Green and a Director of Elastic FM Community Radio and a long standing member of Sheffield Local Access Forum, a Director of Sheffield East Peak Leader Programme and member of Grenoside Conservation Society. 
 
Richard is also a qualified tutor having delivered courses for WEA and DACES. 

Chloe Winters-Simpson 

Member of the Institute of Entrepreneurs and Enterprise, Cmap 
 
Chloe has extensive marketing and budget management having previously been a Director of Sales and Marketing for companies such as Yres Rocher and Thomas Fredric Construction. She was responsible for a large number of staff and operating bases associated within the sales and marketing teams and regional franchises. She has extensive budgetary control (in excess of a million), target setting, business development and design knowledge within the housing and construction industry. 
 
Latterly she has been a Market Research Consultant working on varied subjects covering health, education, climate change and University research programmes. She has extensive contacts within the marketing and sales sector around South Yorkshire having spent over 13 years in the private sector.
